You can choose www.hostsun.com> login (top right)> Password Reminder, and you will receive an email on the email you have stated when registering for password reset.

Which bank account can I use for payment?

The payment notice that you have received from us (promissory note) lists the bank account numbers we hold and you can deposit. If you did not choose a bank deposit payment (you had to pay by credit or paypal), you can let us know how to change your payment method and resubmit your invoice with the bank accounts.

What reason should I give to my bank for my payment?

For bank wire transfers (wire transfer), you should set the number of the preference you received (eg #XXXX). If you do not do so, the remittance identification and the credit to your account are delayed

Can i pay for web hosting services or domain names renewal before their expiration?
